| Nomination for the Mareda Board |
| Thank you for taking time to fill out the Nomination Form to nominate a fellow Mareda members for the Board of Directors. We ask those who are nominating to invite the person you are nominating to the position. We ask you to only nominate persons who are willing to join the board.
